Conwov Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Boxed Up, Tuned Up, and Filmed Up mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and authentication credentials.
  • Profile Information: Your username and profile picture, which are visible to other users.
  • Game Data: Your card collection, in-game currency balances, marketplace activity, trade history, friends list, and game progress.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the Apps, including features used and actions taken, to help us improve the experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Apps
  • Enable game features such as trading, marketplace listings, and friend connections
  • Send push notifications about game events, rewards, and updates
  • Prevent fraud, cheating, and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Respond to support requests
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve game balance and features

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Other Users: Your username, profile picture, and card collection are visible to other players as part of the game experience.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate our Apps, including Supabase (database and authentication), Expo (push notifications), Sentry (error tracking), and RevenueCat (in-app purchases).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

6. In-App Purchases

Our Apps offer in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by the respective app store platform. Purchase history is managed by RevenueCat to verify entitlements.

7. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about game events, rewards, updates, and promotions. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at help@boxedupapp.com and we will promptly delete the information.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data (see our account deletion page)
  • Opt out of push notifications via device settings

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed. Some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the Apps or by other means. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
