HOW TO REDEEM A CODE

1. 1Open Boxed Up on your phone. If you have not got it yet, it is free on iPhone and Android.
2. 2Tap the Profile tab.
3. 3Tap Redeem Code, the option with the gift icon.
4. 4Paste the code in exactly as it appears above and tap Redeem.
5. 5Your reward lands straight away — coins and gems appear in your wallet, cards in your collection.

Cannot find the Redeem Code option? It unlocks after you have opened 5 packs. Open a few packs, then look again under Profile — this is the single most common reason people cannot find where to enter a code.

WHY A CODE MIGHT NOT WORK

• You already used it. Every code works once per account. A second attempt costs you nothing, but it will not grant again.
• It ran out. Most codes have a total limit across all players. Popular ones can be gone within hours.
• It expired. Event codes are usually live for a few days only.
• Your account is too new. Some codes are reserved for players who were already here before the code went out, to keep new throwaway accounts from farming them.
• A misread character. Codes are not case sensitive and spaces around them are ignored, so it is usually a capital O read as a zero, or a capital I as a one. Copy and paste beats typing.

Where do I enter codes in Boxed Up?

Open the app, go to the Profile tab and tap Redeem Code — it has a gift icon. Paste the code in and tap Redeem. The Redeem Code option only appears once you have opened 5 packs, so if you cannot see it, open a few packs first and come back.

Why does my Boxed Up code say it is invalid?

Almost always one of five things: you have already redeemed that code (each code works once per account), the code has expired, it hit its maximum number of uses, your account is newer than the code allows, or there is a typo. Codes are not case sensitive and surrounding spaces are ignored, so the usual culprit is a misread character — a capital O against a zero, or a capital I against a one. Copy and paste beats typing.

How often are new Boxed Up codes released?

There is no fixed schedule. New codes go out around updates, events, giveaways and milestones, and they are usually announced first in the Boxed Up Discord and on Instagram. This page updates automatically as codes go live and expire, so it never lists a code that has already run out.

Can I use the same Boxed Up code twice?

No. Every code can be redeemed once per account, and many also have a total limit across all players. Once you have claimed a code it will not work again on the same account, and trying it a second time does not cost you anything.

Do Boxed Up codes expire?

Many do. Event and giveaway codes usually run for a few days, while some general codes stay open until they hit their use limit. Any code listed on this page is live at the time the page was last checked — expired and exhausted codes are removed automatically.

Are Boxed Up codes free?

Yes. Every code is free to redeem and gives you in-game rewards such as coins, gems or cards. Boxed Up itself is free to download and play on iPhone and Android.

What is a Boxed Up referral code?

A referral code is different from a reward code. It is a personal code from an existing player, entered when you are getting started, and it rewards both of you once you have played enough to count as an active player. Reward codes on this page are entered in Profile → Redeem Code instead.
