Terms of Service & End User License Agreement for Filmed Up — Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Introduction

By using or accessing Filmed Up, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms"). Filmed Up is operated by Conwov Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the game.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Conwov Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and use Filmed Up on a device that you own or control for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All in-game content, virtual cards, and virtual currency remain the property of Conwov Ltd and are licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Filmed Up Pro Subscription

  • Subscription: Filmed Up Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks additional features within the App. The price is displayed in the App at the point of purchase in your local currency.
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. Conwov Ltd does not directly process payments or issue refunds for store purchases.

4. Restrictions on Use

  • You may not sell, exchange, or transfer any in-game items, rewards, or virtual goods for real or digital currency or any other form of value outside of Filmed Up. Suspicious trading activity—including, but not limited to, the repeated or bulk transfer of items, rewards, or virtual goods between accounts without legitimate in-game justification—may be interpreted as an attempt to transfer value outside the game. Such activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination, at the sole discretion of Filmed Up.
  • You may not exploit, cheat, decompile, reverse engineer, or use any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with Filmed Up.

5. Abuse and Exploits

  • Abusing any bugs, glitches, or unintended features of Filmed Up is strictly prohibited. If you find an exploit, please report it to help@boxedupapp.com
  • Any player caught using these exploits, or facilitating the use of these exploits, may face penalties, including, but not limited to, temporary suspension or permanent ban.

6. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Filmed Up account. We strongly recommend not sharing your account details with anyone.

7. Multiple Account Usage

  • Single Account Policy: Each user is limited to the creation and use of one account on Filmed Up. Users are prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts.
  • Our systems employ methods to detect users with multiple accounts. If we determine that a user has created or is using multiple accounts, we may suspend or terminate any or all of those accounts without prior notice.

8. Inappropriate Usernames

Usernames in Filmed Up must not contain offensive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language. This includes, but is not limited to, racial slurs, explicit language, derogatory terms, and any other words or phrases that promote hate or incite violence. Failure to comply with username guidelines may result in an account ban.

9. Community Conduct

All players must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior in the Filmed Up community, including but not limited to Discord, in-game chat, and any affiliated forums or platforms. Overly offensive, obscene, vulgar, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

  • Use of offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language (explicit or implied).
  • Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other players, community members, or staff.
  • Posting vulgar content, symbols, or usernames that disrupt the community environment.
  • Repeated violations of community guidelines or ignoring moderation warnings.

Filmed Up reserves the right to enforce consequences for violations, including:

  • Permanent or temporary bans from the Discord server.
  • Suspension or permanent termination of in-game accounts.

Filmed Up retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes inappropriate behavior and the appropriate actions to take in response to violations.

10. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version of these Terms will be available in Filmed Up, and your continued use of Filmed Up after a change signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Filmed Up without prior notice if you violate any of these terms.
